Your order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a Teeth Brightening Powder has been delivered.
However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we may still issue a refund without requiring you to ship the product back.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery — such as broken seals, tampering, or contamination.
